Richard Bayfield FICE FCIArb
Richard acts as a Project Management Consultant, Lecturer, Adjudicator and Constructing Excellence advisor. He has
wide Client and Contractor experience and Director level contacts within the UK
Construction Industry.
In 1975 he began working for the Costain Group where he spent 13 years on
various projects including the Thames Barrier and the Dubai Aluminium Smelter.
He then moved to a small firm of Project Managers, Glanville Projects for 2
years before becoming an independent Consultant in 1990.
Much of his consultancy work has involved helping client organisations develop
and improve their role as Clients. In 2002 he was part of the Honda project
team that won the Building category at the British Construction Industry
Awards.
