It seems that the market may have peaked in the summer of 2007. Certainly the economic reverberations of sub prime and Northern Rock may have knocked confidence.
However anecdotal evidence suggests that the biggest issue facing most Clients, Consultants and Contractors is finding and retaining appropriatley experienced / qualified staff together with an adequately skilled workforce. The stimulus provided by the Olympics is unlikely to change that trend before 2011.
